1. 参与具身智能多智能体平台研发，围绕操作层级与上层平台开展算法与系统研究。 2. 负责多智能体协同算法设计、仿真验证与效果优化，研究智能体间任务分配、协同决策与交互机制。 3. 参与具身智能多智能体软硬件一体化平台搭建，完成机器人硬件调试、系统适配及通信链路搭建。 4. 根据项目需求，参与宇树 A1-R7 轮式底盘双臂机器人、大疆无人机 Air 3S 或大疆无人机 M4E 等平台的调试与集成。 5. 参与多智能体 Agent 系统研发，实现自然语言输入解析、多智能体任务规划与协同任务编排。

1. 本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 具备硬件基础知识者优先，了解机器人系统、智能硬件或软硬件协同开发流程。 3. 具备良好的 AI 工具使用能力，了解前沿 Agent 框架及多智能体系统基本原理。 4. 具备一定编程基础，能够参与算法开发、仿真验证或平台搭建工作。 5. 不要求已有正式科研经历，更关注学习能力、研究兴趣、自我驱动力和工程实践能力。 6. 线下科研实习，实习周期1–3个月，每周预计投入20–30小时。
