1. 阅读并整理人形机器人、人机协同、机器人搬运操控、运动规划与协同强化学习方向的相关论文和开源项目，梳理前沿技术方案与落地应用场景。 2. 复现并维护人形机器人协同搬运仿真与训练环境，协助完成搬运场景数据采集、清洗预处理、环境配置管理及基础对比实验工作。 3. 参与人形机器人人机协同搬运运动规划、力控适配、协同避障与动态跟随策略的开发和对照实验，分析机器人运动轨迹、人机接触状态、负载适配效果及协同作业策略表现。 4. 整理协同搬运实验的运行命令、环境配置、参数变量、随机种子、作业效率、稳定性等评价指标和实验失败案例，可视化制作实验结果图表，独立撰写阶段性科研实验报告。 5. 参与课题组日常例会，定期汇报实验进展、问题难点与阶段性成果。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人工程、机械工程、控制科学与工程、数据科学等相关专业背景优先。 3. 了解机器学习、深度学习或机器人运动规划基本原理，有 PyTorch 框架使用、强化学习、机器人仿真、人机交互控制相关经验者优先。 4. 具备扎实的 Python 编程基础，熟练掌握 Linux 基础操作，能够熟练使用 Git、终端命令行等工具完成项目管理与实验部署。 5. 能够独立阅读英文技术文档、顶会论文及开源项目资料，具备良好的实验记录、数据分析、问题复盘及技术文档撰写能力；有机器人科研项目、算法复现、仿真实验、学科竞赛、开源项目贡献经历者优先，无需已有正式科研成果，重点考察科研兴趣、自主学习能力、逻辑思维与执行力。 6. 对人形机器人、人机协同作业、机器人智能搬运与具身控制方向有浓厚且持续的研究兴趣，可长期稳定投入科研时间，严谨高效完成各项阶段性科研任务。 7. 实习安排：线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
