Descripción del empleo

Objetivo del Cargo: Brindar atención y soporte comercial-administrativo a clientes y fuerza de ventas.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Atender diariamente consultas que le efectúan los clientes, ya sea telefónicamente, personalmente o a través de canales digitales.
  • Atender y procesar los pedidos de clientes que concurren personalmente a retirar pedidos de la Planta, tanto contado como crédito.
  • Atender y procesar los pedidos de clientes a ser enviados, tanto contado como crédito. Coordinar con el departamento de C&C para la liberación y con el departamento de Logística para su despacho.
  • Ingresar, asignar, preparar y facturar en el sistema informático todos los pedidos recibidos.
  • Organizar todas las documentaciones físicas correspondientes a Administración de Ventas.

Requisitos

Antecedentes Educativos: Secundaria completa y/o formación académica técnica en administración, servicio al cliente o similares.

Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Gestión del Servicio al Cliente.
  • Uso de PC y herramientas Office.

Experiencia Laboral Vinculada al Puesto: Experiencia comprobada mínimo de 6 meses en posiciones relativas a la Atención al Cliente.
