Descripción del empleo

Desarrollar capacidades técnicas y comerciales mediante una experiencia intensiva de aprendizaje en el trabajo, contribuyendo a la identificación de oportunidades, la atención de clientes, la promoción de soluciones Sika y la ejecución de una iniciativa o proyecto de negocio alineado con las prioridades locales. La posición busca una profesional con curiosidad, orientación al cliente, capacidad de aprendizaje y motivación por desarrollarse en ventas dentro de mercados relacionados con la construcción y la industria.

Requisitos

El perfil requerido debe estar egresada recientemente de Ingeniería Civil, Construcción Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniera Industrial u otra carrera relacionada con la necesidad del negocio local. Experiencia Perfil de carrera inicial, preferentemente con 0 a 2 años de experiencia. Se valorarán prácticas, proyectos universitarios, actividades con clientes o experiencia en terreno. Interés Profesional Interés demostrado por ventas, clientes, desarrollo de negocio, soluciones técnicas y creación de valor. Idiomas local requerido. Inglés y/u otro idioma de LATAM deseable. Movilidad Disponibilidad para desplazamientos locales y apertura a una experiencia temporal de aprendizaje regional, sujeta a factibilidad individual y legal. Herramientas Digitales Manejo de herramientas digitales de productividad y disposición para aprender sistemas de CRM, aprendizaje y gestión del negocio
