Women in Sales Force LATAM es una experiencia regional de desarrollo para atraer y preparar talento femenino en etapa inicial de carrera, con interés en construir una trayectoria en posiciones comerciales y técnico-comerciales. El programa combina contratación y experiencia práctica en el país de origen, formación técnica y comercial, exposición a clientes, acompañamiento, un proyecto de negocio y una experiencia regional de aprendizaje.

La participante aportará a objetivos reales del negocio mientras desarrolla conocimientos, habilidades y relaciones que la preparen para futuras oportunidades según su desempeño, las necesidades de la organización y los procesos locales aplicables.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Acompañar visitas a clientes, actividades de campo y seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Construir conocimiento sobre productos, sistemas, soluciones y aplicaciones de Sika vinculadas al área asignada.
  • Desarrollar un proyecto práctico alineado con las prioridades de la Unidad de Negocio o Target Market.
  • Completar la ruta de aprendizaje técnica, comercial y de habilidades definida para el programa.

Requisitos

Formación: Egresada o titulada recientemente de Ingeniería Civil, Construcción Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial u otra carrera técnica relacionada.

Experiencia: Perfil de carrera inicial, preferentemente con 0 a 2 años de experiencia. Se valorarán prácticas, proyectos universitarios, actividades con clientes o experiencia en terreno.

Idiomas: Idioma local requerido. Inglés y/u otro idioma de LATAM deseable.

Movilidad: Disponibilidad para desplazamientos nacionales y apertura a una experiencia temporal de aprendizaje regional (LATAM).

Herramientas digitales: Manejo de herramientas digitales de productividad y disposición para aprender sistemas de CRM, aprendizaje y gestión del negocio.
