Az állás leírása

  • Vevői rendelések feldolgozása, visszaigazolása a vevő felé, rendelések nyomonkövetése és a vevőkkel, valamint az értékesítő kollégákkal való folyamatos kapcsolattartás a megrendelést illetően;
  • Beérkező vevők adminisztratív kiszolgálása;
  • Anyagbevételezés a cég ERP rendszerébe a raktár által leigazolt szállítólevelek alapján;
  • Kapcsolattartás a vevőszolgálattal, raktárral, értékesítéssel;
  • Részvétel a leltározási folyamatban (évente max. 4 alkalom).

Elvárások

  • Középfokú vagy felsőfokú logisztikai végzettség (előny az SAP rendszerben szerzett tapasztalat)
  • Erős felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Excel kiemelten)
  • Jó kommunikációs készség és határozottság
  • Pontos, precíz munkavégzés, alaposság, határidők betartása
  • Proaktív, csapatjátékos személyiség, emellett képesség az önálló és felelősségteljes munkavégzésre
  • Alapszintű angol nyelvtudás
