Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Payroll suchen wir am Standort Birr im Kanton Aargau eine/n engagierte/n, kundenorientierte/n Teamplayer/in.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

* Lohnverarbeitung für mindestens zwei Sika\-Gesellschaften in der Schweiz * Kontrolle und teils Mutation von Stamm\- und Lohndaten bis zur monatlichen Abrechnung, einschliesslich Erstellung und Verbuchung der DTA’s * Verantwortlich für korrekte An\- und Abmeldungen bei Sozialeinrichtungen sowie Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Unfall\- und Krankheitsfällen * Erstellen und Kontrollieren der Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen inkl. deren Jahresabschlüsse * Kontoabstimmungen Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise Weiterbildung im Payroll und/oder HR * Berufserfahrung im Payroll\-Bereich und Verständnis der Schweizer Sozialversicherungen * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP/HR und MS\-Office * Buchhalterische Kenntnisse im Rahmen von Kontoabstimmungen * Zuverlässige, effiziente, mitdenkende und selbständige Arbeitsweise * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, andere Sprachen von Vorteil Zusätzliche Informationen
