Focus: Visibility, Foundations, and Structural Setup

Pilot Regional Hubs: Formalize two pilot regional hubs (e.g., Africa, SE Asia) by appointing local volunteer champions and establishing communication workflows.

Digital Launch: Relaunch the FF website and resource library, featuring an initial searchable directory of 100+ mapped practitioners.

Compliance Setup: Establish the grant-required "Reporting Dashboard" to seamlessly track participant attendance and initial local action plans.

Year 2: Expansion & Peer-to-Peer Growth

Focus: Movement Multiplication and Knowledge Capturing

Hub Multiplication: Expand the regional hub model to two additional global regions and facilitate bi-monthly "Hub Leader" synchronization meetings.

Peer-Learning Series: Host 6 practitioner-led online presentations showcasing local stories of land restoration and faith, archiving them into the digital library.

Network Governance: Transition the FF Network toward a sustainable, long-term governance model (e.g., a regional leadership council) to ensure continuity beyond the initial 3-year grant.

Final Impact Reporting: Synthesize network data to deliver a comprehensive grant close-out report demonstrating measurable shifts in local land stewardship and food security.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
