Voor onze bedrijvengroep met hoofdzetel in Lichtervelde zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste logistiek coördinator Customs & Transport. Hierbij kom je terecht in de moederholding die boven de bedrijven SCE, Silbloxx en Transil staat.

Ben je administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je energie uit het opvolgen van internationale transporten en bijbehorende douaneformaliteiten, incoterms en LC’s? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou! Als Logistiek & Supply Chain coördinator zorg je ervoor dat transportdossiers van A tot Z correct worden voorbereid, opgevolgd en afgehandeld.

Je bewaart het overzicht over de verschillende administratieve processen en werkt nauw samen met collega's van projectmanagement, planning en magazijn om een vlot en efficiënt verloop van onze logistieke activiteiten te garanderen. Je bent de spilfiguur in de internationale goederenstromen van de Briam Group.

In deze functie sta je in voor de voorbereiding en opmaak van transport- en douanedocumenten, de verwerking van administratieve registraties en aanmeldingen en de opvolging van de vrijgave van zendingen. Je stemt hiervoor nauw af met het magazijn, zodat transporten tijdig en vlot kunnen vertrekken. Ook na afloop van de transporten zorg je voor de verwerking en controle van de bijbehorende transport- en douanedocumentatie. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega's van projectmanagement, planning en magazijn en staat zelf in voor het beheer en de opvolging van je dossiers van A tot Z.

  • Je behaalde minimaal een bachelor diploma Logistiek management/Supply chain management, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent schoolverlater of heb een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent dynamisch en toont zelfinitiatief
  • Je bent een teamspeler
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer deadlines naderen
  • Je hebt kennis van logistiek, transport en douaneprocessen
  • Je hebt ervaring met de meest courante PC-toepassingen (MS -office)
  • Kennis van Engels is een must, Duits is eveneens een pluspunt
