Du unterstützt Menschen mit psychischen und mehrfach Beeinträchtigungen dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten im Arbeitsumfeld einzubringen. Mit individueller Begleitung und gezielter Förderung stärkst du ihre Selbstbestimmung, persönliche Entwicklung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Teilhabe\- und ressourcenorientierte Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Arbeitsalltag
  • Stärkung der Selbstwirksamkeit und Teilhabe im Arbeitsleben
  • Förderung von Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und sozialer Integration im Arbeitsumfeld
  • Förderung individueller Fähigkeiten und Potenziale
  • Begleitung von Lern\-, Entwicklungs\- und Veränderungsprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagog:in, in Sozialer Arbeit, Arbeitsagog:in, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Freude daran, Menschen in ihrer Selbstständigkeit und Selbstwirksamkeit zu fördern und zu stärken
  • Wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte und teilhabeorientierte Grundhaltung
  • Geduld, Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Positive, lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Belastbar und sicher im Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen
