Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination, Steuerung und Planung gebäudetechnischer Serviceeinsätze (insbesondere Instandsetzungsarbeiten) durch externe Dienstleister am und im Gebäude
  • Vertretung und Unterstützung des Facility Managers
  • Projektbearbeitung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung: Unterstützung von Fachplanern, Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten, Koordination der Ausführung, Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme sowie Schulung und Einweisung des Bedien- und Technikpersonals
  • Fachlicher und organisatorischer Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern (u. a. Produktion, Bereichsleitung, Technische Leitung, Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutzbeauftragte)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Standards
  • Dokumentation, Nachverfolgung und Reporting der durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Projekte
  • Begleitung von Sachverständigenprüfungen und Terminüberwachungen

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Qualifikation als Meister im Elektrohandwerk oder in der Industrie (m/w/d) oder waren alternativ als leitender Elektro-Facharbeiter (m/w/d) tätig
  • Erfahrung: Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion mit
  • Kenntnisse: Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office
  • Kompetenzen: Qualitätsorientiertes und sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten inkl. lückenloser Dokumentation gemäß QM-System ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Soft Skills: Sie treten freundlich und souverän auf, sind kommunikationsstark, verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig, teamfähig und arbeiten in hohem Maß eigenverantwortlich mit viel Ausdauer und Eigenmotivation
