Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Lieferantendokumenten im Rahmen von Lieferantenzulas­sungen
  • Neueinführungen von Rohstoffen weltweit sowie deren regulatorische Einstufung
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und unseren Schwestergesellschaften (Singapur, Shanghai, Chicago) zu rohstoffbezogenen Fragen
  • Pflege von Rohstoff- und Lieferantendaten in SAP
  • Auswertung, Archivierung und Pflege von Food Safety Management-Zertifikaten sowie weite­ren Zertifikaten der Lieferanten (m/w/d)
  • Unterstützung der Kosher- und Halal-Zertifizierung
  • Sensorische Prüfung von Fertigprodukten und Rohstoffmustern

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Sie haben ein lebensmittelnahes Studium (Lebensmittelchemie, Oecotrophologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie) absolviert
  • Erfahrung: Sie haben bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie gesammelt
  • Kenntnisse: Idealerweise besitzen Sie Kenntnisse zu Rohstoffen der Lebensmittel- und bevorzugt der Aromenindustrie, und sind vertraut mit dem Umgang produktbegleitender Dokumente (Rohstoffspezifikationen, Analysenzertifikate, Fragebögen, Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen etc.)
  • Kompetenzen: Sie verfügen über fundierte Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Soft Skills: Sie sind ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) und suchen pragmatische Lösungen
