Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός & ανάπτυξη: Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση της αναπτυξιακής στρατηγικής της Silicon, με στόχο τη διεύρυνση των δραστηριοτήτων και των συνεργασιών της.
  • Project Management: Σχεδιασμός, οργάνωση, συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση έργων, με διασφάλιση της τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, στόχων και παραδοτέων.
  • Διοίκηση ομάδας: Καθοδήγηση, υποστήριξη και αξιολόγηση της ομάδας, με στόχο την αποτελεσματική συνεργασία και την επίτευξη κοινών στόχων.
  • Ανάπτυξη εκπαιδευτικών δράσεων: Συντονισμός και ανάπτυξη εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων, σεμιναρίων, workshops και δράσεων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης.
  • Ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών: Δημιουργία και διατήρηση στρατηγικών συνεργασιών με επιχειρήσεις, εκπαιδευτικούς φορείς, επαγγελματίες και οργανισμούς.
  • Συντονισμός υπηρεσιών: Εποπτεία και ανάπτυξη των δραστηριοτήτων της Silicon στους τομείς της εκπαίδευσης, του recruiting, των career services και του coworking.
  • Οργάνωση λειτουργιών: Βελτιστοποίηση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών, αποτελεσματική διαχείριση πόρων και διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών.
  • Παρακολούθηση απόδοσης: Καθορισμός και παρακολούθηση στόχων και δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs), σύνταξη αναφορών και υποβολή προτάσεων βελτίωσης.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ στους τομείς Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών, Εκπαίδευσης ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στο Project Management και στον συντονισμό πολλαπλών έργων.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στη διοίκηση και καθοδήγηση ομάδων.
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού, λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Εξοικείωση με σύγχρονα ψηφιακά εργαλεία οργάνωσης, συνεργασίας και διαχείρισης έργων.
  • Επιχειρηματική αντίληψη, πρωτοβουλία και προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη αποτελεσμάτων.
  • Γνήσιο ενδιαφέρον για την εκπαίδευση, τη διά βίου μάθηση και την επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη των ανθρώπων.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Σπουδές στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων (MBA), στο Project Management ή στη Διοίκηση Εκπαιδευτικών Μονάδων.
  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο της εκπαίδευσης, της επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης ή της συμβουλευτικής.
  • Εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη νέων υπηρεσιών, επιχειρηματικών δραστηριοτήτων ή στρατηγικών συνεργασιών.
  • Γνώση του οικοσυστήματος της διά βίου μάθησης και των σύγχρονων τάσεων στην αγορά εργασίας.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών και στην αξιολόγηση της οικονομικής απόδοσης έργων.
