Responsabilidades e atribuições Recepcionar pacientes e profissionais com cordialidade, empatia e profissionalismo;Realizar cadastros e atualização de dados nos sistemas internos;Organizar e acompanhar fichas de consultas, retornos e prontuários;Realizar cobranças de serviços, conferência de valores e contratos, garantindo a precisão das informações;Auxiliar na organização e preparação das salas de atendimento, quando necessário;Orientar e auxiliar os pacientes quanto ao fluxo de atendimento;Contribuir para o cumprimento das metas operacionais e para a satisfação dos pacientes;Manter a organização e a qualidade dos processos de recepção.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio completo;Experiência anterior com atendimento ao público ou recepção;Boa comunicação verbal e cordialidade no atendimento;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Comprometimento com procedimentos, qualidade e metas.
