The posting

Silkeborg Kommune søger et antal aflastningspersoner. Der er tale om kontraktansættelser, hvor vi matcher ansøgere i forhold til den konkrete opgave.

Timetal er mellem 6 og 20 timer pr. mdr og arbejdstiden vil oftest være placeret i tidsrummet efter 14.00 på hverdage, samt i weekends.

Du bedes i din ansøgning angive, hvornår du har mulighed for at arbejde. Ligeledes bedes du angive, om du er besiddelse af kørekort og evt. bil.

Målgruppen er familier til børn eller unge med nedsat psykisk eller fysisk funktionsevne samt børn med udviklingsforstyrrelser som eksempelvis ADHD eller autisme.

Som aflaster er din opgave at understøtte barnet i at få gode oplevelser. Der kan være tale om aktiviteter og hygge i hjemmet, om deltagelse i fritidsinteresser, om ture udenfor barnets hjem m.m.

Konkret arbejdsbeskrivelse vil blive defineret ved opstartsmøde.

Vi forventer, at du til stillingen som aflastningsperson

  • Har mod på at arbejde med børn med et handicap
  • Har interesse i at indgå i et tæt samarbejde med familien til barnet med handicap
  • Har empati og hjertet på rette sted
  • Er klar og tydelig i din kommunikation
  • Har gå-på-mod og kan arbejde selvstændigt
