Vi søger en fagligt stærk og relationskompetent pædagog eller pædagogisk assistent, der brænder for natur og det gode børneliv.

Vil du være med til at skabe rammen for gode, trygge og udviklende børneliv i Balle Naturbørnehus? Så er det dig, vi leder efter til vores børnehave.

Balle Natur er en del af Daginstitutionen Skovgården som består af 4 Børnehuse:

  • Børnehuset Birksvej
  • Balle Børnehus
  • Balle Natur Børnehus
  • Dalhaven

Balle Naturbørnehave er normeret til 70 børnehavebørn. Vi har 3 børnehavegrupper som er aldersblandede, og som alle har til huse i ’hytten’

I Balle Naturbørnehave arbejder vi hver dag for at skabe de bedste betingelser for børnene. Vi vægter udelivet som et væsentligt læringsrum, hvor der er fokus på legefællesskaberne og trygge relationer.

  • Du ser naturen som et vigtigt pædagogisk rum, og du nyder at bruge udeliv, leg og bevægelse.
  • Du vægter forældresamarbejde højt og ser stor værdi i dialog, tillid og fælles ansvar for barnets trivsel
  • Du kan gå forrest, tage initiativ og sætte retning – og samtidig er du en stærk holdspiller med gode samarbejdsevner.
  • Du ønsker at være med til at sætte aftryk på vores pædagogiske praksis og kultur.

Om stillingen

Der er tale om en fast pædagog- eller pædagogisk assistentstilling.

Stillingen er på 37 timer ugentligt og ønskes besat pr. 1. december eller hurtigst muligt derefter.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår efter gældende overenskomst og aftale om lokal løndannelse.

Ansøgningsfrist fredag den 20. november 2026. Ansættelsessamtaler forventes afholdt onsdag d. 25. november om eftermiddagen.
