Vil du være med til at skabe tryghed, kvalitet og gode nætter for borgere, der i en periode har brug for et midlertidigt døgnophold?

Vi søger to faste nattevagter – én social- og sundhedshjælper og én social- og sundhedsassistent.

De midlertidige døgnpladser, med fysisk placering på Gødvad Plejecenter, åbner 01 december 2026 og får plads til 14 borgere med forskellige behov og problemstillinger. Som nattevagt får du en vigtig rolle i at skabe tryghed, kontinuitet og kvalitet gennem natten.

Du skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt men samtidig være en del af et stærkt fagligt fællesskab. Du vil have et tæt samarbejde med de to nattevagter på Gødvad Plejecenter, hvor I sammen understøtter hinanden og sikrer en god opgaveløsning for alle borgerne på de midlertidige pladser og Gødvad Plejecenter.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Pleje og omsorg med udgangspunkt i den enkelte borgers behov
  • Observation af borgernes tilstand og reaktion på ændringer
  • Prioritering og tilrettelæggelse af nattens opgaver
  • Dokumentation og faglig opfølgning
  • At arbejde efter gældende retningslinjer, instrukser og faglige standarder
  • Samarbejde med kolleger og øvrige samarbejdspartnere
