Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team  Create a positive culture where people feel supported, engaged and inspired to succeed  Drive clinic performance through strong leadership and commercial focus  Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold premium service standards  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic  Build strong client relationships that drive loyalty and retention  Partner with your Franchise Owner to identify growth opportunities and achieve business goals 

What makes you a great leader 

Proven leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or a service-based environment  Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving KPIs and business targets  Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills  A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams  A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences  The ability to balance commercial success with people leadership  Diploma of Beauty Therapy or similar qualification (preferred)
