Uraian Pekerjaan

Kami mencari Teknisi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga ketersediaan dan kelancaran sistem dan jaringan komputer kami.

  • Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin, perbaikan, dan pemecahan masalah untuk program, sistem, perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan jaringan komputer.
  • Menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam solusi yang tepat.
  • Memasang, memperbaiki, dan memelihara peralatan dan infrastruktur TIK.
  • Memastikan kerahasiaan dan keamanan data untuk mencegah akses yang tidak sah.
  • Menerapkan prosedur untuk kualitas dan keamanan layanan, mengikuti pelatihan, dan mendukung target departemen.

Kualifikasi

  • Gelar sarjana di bidang Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • 1+ tahun pengalaman dalam administrasi jaringan, pemeliharaan perangkat keras, dan pemecahan masalah perangkat lunak.
  • Mahir dalam sistem operasi (Windows, Linux), protokol jaringan, dan perangkat keras/perangkat lunak TIK.
  • Pemecahan masalah yang kuat dan perhatian terhadap detail.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja sama tim yang sangat baik.
  • Kemauan untuk belajar dan beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru.
