En SiLosTienes buscamos una persona para liderar la actividad de la Delegación de Cáceres de una empresa del sector de la distribución alimentaria. Un perfil con visión comercial, capacidad de gestión y, sobre todo, con una forma de liderar muy pegada al terreno: cerca del equipo, de la clientela y del día a día del negocio.

No buscamos a alguien que supervise desde lejos. Buscamos a alguien que se implique, que acompañe, organice y empuje.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Tu misión será coordinar la actividad de la delegación, garantizando tanto su buen funcionamiento como su crecimiento. Tus funciones serán:

  • Liderar la operativa diaria, estando cerca del equipo y acompañando el trabajo sobre el terreno.
  • Coordinar y supervisar la actividad comercial en la zona, asegurando un servicio ágil y de calidad.
  • Mantener y fortalecer la relación con la clientela actual, detectando también nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Organizar el trabajo diario, velando por el buen funcionamiento del equipo y de los procesos.
  • Hacer seguimiento de la actividad, resolver incidencias y contribuir a que la delegación funcione con criterio, ritmo y orden.
  • Trabajar de forma coordinada con la central, desde donde se suministra el producto, para asegurar una operativa fluida y bien engranada.

Para llevarlo a cabo debes traer en la mochila:

  • Experiencia previa en posiciones de coordinación de equipos y gestión de almacén, preferiblemente en entornos de distribución, alimentación o actividad comercial.
  • Capacidad de gestión operativa y comercial.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Cáceres.
  • Permiso de conducir.

Suma puntos:

  • Haber trabajado previamente en distribución de productos frescos o alimentación.
  • Conocer el tejido comercial de la zona de Cáceres.
  • Aportar experiencia en contextos donde el ritmo, la cercanía al cliente y la operativa diaria son clave.
