Hier kurz etwas über uns: In unserer Unit Business Solutions & Automation digitalisieren wir Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden mit No Code und Low Code Plattformen. Für unser Team am Bodensee suchen wir eine:n Werksstudent:in, die/der sich gerne die Welt von ITIL und IT Service Management (ITSM) ansehen und auf Basis der No Code Plattform ivanti Neurons ITSM-Prozesse für unsere Kunden abbilden möchte. Dafür sind Programmierkenntnisse nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber hilfreich.

Worum geht es? Mitwirkung an unseren Kundenprojekten Abbildung von ITSM-Prozessen eigenverantwortliche Weiterbildung. Du kannst mit uns wachsen. Je mehr Wissen du in dem Bereich aufbaust, umso mehr Verantwortung wirst Du übernehmen. Du kannst später Kunden selber beraten Wir werden versuchen, Dich so schnell wie möglich in ein Kundenprojekt einzubinden, damit Du Praxiserfahrungen sammeln kannst. Keine Sorge - wir erwarten nicht, dass Du direkt Kunden berätst. Vielmehr wird das Team versuchen, dir einfache Aufgaben zuzuweisen, damit du schnell mit ivanti Neurons ITSM-Prozesse für unsere Kunden abbilden kannst.

Erkennst du dich wieder?

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:In (m/w/d) in einem vorzugweise technischen Studiengang
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides min. B1) und kommunizierst gerne, auch mit Kunden
  • Du hast technisches Verständnis. Rudimentäre Programmiererfahrungen mit Datenbanken wären von Vorteil
  • Du magst es auch gelegentlich mal zu Reisen, um Kunden zu beraten. Die Reisekosten übernehmen selbstverständlich wir
