O BPO de Recursos Humanos é a área responsável por garantir a operação dos processos de RH e Gestão de Pessoas dos clientes Silveira.

Como Analista BPO de RH Sênior na Silveira Contabilidade, você atuará de forma generalista em BPO de RH, alocado no cliente, conduzindo processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, admissão, integração e desligamento. Será responsável pelo acompanhamento da jornada do colaborador, incluindo controle de ponto, férias, benefícios, movimentações internas e rescisões, além da coleta e conferência de informações para o fechamento da folha de pagamento.

Também apoiará ações de desenvolvimento, como avaliações de desempenho, PDI’s, treinamentos, comunicação interna e clima organizacional, realizando atendimento a colaboradores e lideranças. Terá atuação consultiva junto aos clientes, participando de reuniões, acompanhamentos, controle de indicadores e proposição de melhorias contínuas, contribuindo para a padronização de processos do BPO de RH.

Para essa vaga é obrigatória a graduação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
