Werk jij graag met ouderen en wil je écht de mens achter de zorgvraag zien? Of je nu Physician Assistant, Basisarts of Verpleegkundig Specialist bent: bij ons krijg je de ruimte om multidisciplinair te werken, jezelf te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige ouderenzorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op onze locaties waar ouderen wonen met psychogeriatrische en/of somatische aandoeningen (WLZ). Geen dag is hetzelfde: jouw werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en betekenisvol.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het diagnosticeren, indiceren en voorschrijven van medische, psychosociale en paramedische behandelingen.
  • Het actief meedenken met cliënten, mantelzorgers en collega’s om de zorg optimaal aan te laten sluiten op de zorgvraag.
  • Deelname aan multidisciplinaire overleggen (MDO) en het opstellen en bewaken van behandelplannen.
  • Het bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering via projecten en werkgroepen.

Goed om te weten: je draait geen avond-, nacht- of weekenddiensten; deze zijn uitbesteed aan een externe partij.

Wij bieden jou:

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT: FWG 65 (tussen € 4.822,50 en 7.263,94 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Primaire- en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die interessant voor je kunnen zijn. Het zijn er zoveel dat we hiervoor een aparte pagina hebben gemaakt.
  • Een jaarcontract met de intentie om dit bij goed functioneren om te zetten naar vast; uren in overleg.

Dit neem je mee:

Wij zijn benieuwd naar jouw kennis, ervaring en manier van werken. Je:

  • Hebt een afgeronde, relevante medische opleiding en een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Hebt affiniteit met ouderengeneeskunde en multidisciplinair werken.
  • Hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om gemakkelijk contact te leggen met cliënten en hun naasten.
  • Werkt volgens klinisch redeneren en evidence-based practice.
  • Bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen en je eventueel te oriënteren op een vervolgopleiding.

Waar ga je werken?

De medische dienst van Silverein Behandeling & Advies bestaat momenteel uit 17 enthousiaste specialisten ouderengeneeskunde (waaronder een aantal kaderartsen), een verpleegkundig specialist, physician assistants en een wisselend aantal arts-assistenten (ANIOS/AIOS/HAIO) en coassistenten.

Met meer dan 100 behandelaren zetten wij ons, samen met de professionals van de zorglocaties, in voor een comfortabel en liefdevol leven van kwetsbare ouderen. Een leven waarin ouderen zelf de touwtjes in handen hebben en hun mogelijkheden zo goed mogelijk kunnen benutten. Door de krachten van artsen, behandelaren en zorgprofessionals te bundelen, borgen we professionaliteit, continuïteit, ontwikkelkracht en lokale inbedding. We zijn actief in de regio’s Soest, Baarn, Amersfoort, De Bilt, Bilthoven en Driebergen.
