Du brennst für Technik, willst aber nicht im Elfenbeinturm arbeiten? Bei uns kannst du dein Know-how direkt mit Kunden einsetzen — und wirst Teil eines Teams, das mit digitaler Simulation die Zukunft der Fertigung mitgestaltet. Ob im direkten Kundengespräch, beim Workshop oder auf Messen — bei uns wird es nie langweilig. Du lernst unsere Softwarelösungen rund um Spritzgießsimulation kennen und begleitest Unternehmen dabei, wie sie komplexe Bauteile intelligenter und nachhaltiger entwickeln.

  • Technik anwenden: Du begleitest Kunden bei der Einführung unserer Spritzgusssimulationssoftware und führst Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsprojekte selbstständig durch.
  • Kunden begeistern: Du präsentierst unsere Lösungen online oder vor Ort — z.B. auf internationalen Messen oder in Schulungen — und hilfst, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu machen.
  • Technischer Vertrieb: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen und bist der technische Part in Verkaufsprozessen.
  • Praxiswissen aufbauen: Du lernst stetig dazu — durch echte Kundenprojekte, internen Austausch und technische Schulungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung, idealerweise Spritzguss.
  • Interesse an Software, Simulation und Vertrieb.
  • Begeisterung für technische Zusammenhänge und den Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Neugier und Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools und Coding Agents (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude, etc).

Wichtig: Du musst nicht alles mitbringen – entscheidend sind deine Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Begeisterung für technische Themen.
