Wir suchen infolge Mutterschaftsvertretung und zur weiteren Aufstockung unseres Teams nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Senior QA Manager / Senior QA Managerin (100%)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ------------------

  • Sicherstellung und Umsetzung des GMP\-konformen Qualitätsmanagement Systems
  • Bearbeitung von QA\-relevanten Prozessen (Abweichungen und CAPAs)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen (Complaints)
  • Koordination und Verantwortung für den Change Control Prozess
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung im Erstellen von SOPs, Vorschriften, Formularen und Checklisten
  • Lenkung von Dokumenten und Pflege im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Führung und Prüfung des internen Schulungssystems
  • Koordination und Durchführung von GxP Schulung zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Annual Report, Trendreports und Risikoanalysen
  • Durchführung von Batch Record Review
  • Mithilfe bei internen/ externen Audits und Inspektionen
  • Erfahrung in Qualifizierungen und Validierungen
  • Support bei QA\-Oversights

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Höhere Ausbildung in den Bereichen Life Science, Pharma, Chemie, Biologie oder Lebensmittel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung und im Qualitätsmanagement von Arzneimitteln und Medizinprodukten
  • Vertraut mit Inspektionen (Swissmedic, FDA, ISO, Länderbehörden) und externen Lieferantenaudits
  • Versierter Umgang mit Dokumenten in Word und Excel, Dokumentenmanagement\-System sowie exaktes Arbeiten
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
