    Order Selector Driver – 2nd ShiftLocation: Simon & Schuster Distribution Center | Riverside, NJSchedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM  Simon & Schuster is seeking an Order Selector Driver to join the second-shift team at our Riverside, NJ Distribution Center. This position supports warehouse operations by picking replenishment stock for the Full Case department and returning products to designated storage locations. The ideal candidate has experience operating an order selector or forklift, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and accurate work. Key Responsibilities

Operate an order selector to pick replenishment stock for the Full Case department.

Return products to designated stock locations using an order selector.

Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner to complete assigned tasks and record product movements accurately.

Pick orders according to assigned labels and instructions.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet established picking productivity and accuracy standards.

Comply with all equipment and workplace safety requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support department needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma.

Previous experience operating an order selector or forklift.

Experience using an RF scanner.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, reaching, twisting, and bending throughout the shift.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail.

Commitment to following all safety standards and procedures.

Availability to work overtime as needed.
