Din roll Som CAM-beredare/CNC-operatör arbetar du självständigt med både beredning och tillverkning. Du ansvarar för att ta fram fungerande lösningar utifrån ritningar och modeller och följer arbetet genom hela processen. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat att: programmera i CAM, gärna Fusion 360, utifrån ritningar och 3D-modeller; ta fram och optimera verktygsbanor, verktygsval och skärdata; ställa in och köra in CNC-maskiner samt tillverka detaljer; mäta och kontrollera detaljer för att säkerställa att de uppfyller ritningens krav; bidra till att utveckla våra arbetssätt och produktionsprocesser.

Vi arbetar främst med Haas-maskiner och Fanuc-styrsystem. Arbetet omfattar fräsning och svarvning. Även slipning och fleraxlig bearbetning förekommer. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av CAM-programmering och praktiskt arbete som CNC-operatör; har erfarenhet av fräsning och/eller svarvning; erfarenhet av båda områdena är särskilt värdefull; kan läsa och tolka tekniska ritningar och toleranser; kan ställa in maskiner och arbeta självständigt med tillverkning; har gymnasial utbildning inom verkstad eller tillverkning, eller motsvarande erfarenhet; kan kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av Fusion 360, Haas-maskiner, Fanuc-styrsystem, fleraxlig bearbetning, slipning, mätteknik och kvalitetssäkring. Vem du är Du arbetar noggrant och lösningsorienterat och tar ansvar för kvaliteten i ditt arbete. Du är nyfiken, vill utvecklas och bidrar gärna med idéer som förbättrar produktionen.
