The posting

We are expanding our team of talented Project Managers and are on the lockout for dynamic individuals who are keen in managing and delivering enterprise-level systems. The applying candidates should be able to demonstrate creativity in deriving solutions for different project/scenarios as well as being proficient in the software development life cycle. Responsibilities:

A) Project Planning

  • Work with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for tasks.
  • Identify and assign the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  • Identify, plan and manage project compliance requirements.
  • Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards.

B) Execution

  • Monitoring project progress and timeline and be able to navigate around unforeseen delays or setbacks.
  • Track project progress against project plans and adjust where necessary.
  • Identifying roadblocks and addressing issues promptly.

C) Change Management

  • Ensures all project documentation are completed, updated, and archived appropriately.
  • Conduct user training after the product development is completed to facilitate with Change Management.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management. Serve as the main point of contact, keeping stakeholders, clients, and team managers informed. Prepare and present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Direct, motivate, and support the project team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Encouraging continuous feedback loops to refine processes and deliverables.
  • Ensuring timely risk management and resolution of impediments.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.
  • Quality Management - Lead quality assurance efforts and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality deliverables. Develop System Acceptance Test Plans to ensure QA/QC
  • Develop test scripts for both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

D) Business Analyst

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, translate and prioritize requirements.

E) SCRUM Master

  • Ensures that Scrum ceremonies like the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective are conducted effectively and add value to the team.
  • Identifies and removes any obstacles or roadblocks that are hindering the team's progress.

F) Incident Management

  • Derive/create and modify/adapt incident management processes for different projects.
  • Document and log incidents then create trends to monitor the progress and health of a project/system.

G) Change Request Management

  • Derive/create and modify/adapt Change Request processes for different projects.
  • Conduct impact assessment on Change Requests to understand the purpose of the change, assess if it is aligned with the direction/aim of the System then advise accordingly.
  • Work with respective teams to create the Scope of Works and quote accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years' Project Management experience in IT web application-based projects.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Enterprise Content Management (CMS) systems like Sitefinity, SharePoint, or Sitecore.
  • Hands on experience performing content inventory and content stock take activities.
  • Managed at least 2 full project development life cycle using Agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization and interpersonal ability.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Working experience in Contract Management.
  • Pleasant personality& strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proficient in the use MS Office for Project Management; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, MS Project.
  • Project Management related certifications like CITPM, COMIT or PMP. Agile related certifications like Certified SCRUM Master. Enterprise CMS certifications like SharePoint Administrator, Sitefinity Administrator, etc. Cloud related certifications on AWS or Azure. Experience in the following will be advantageous:

- Developing frontend solutions using languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript.

- Developing ASP.NET Core solutions.

- Planning and execution of content and data migration.

- Architecting, developing and maintaining SQL databases.

- Implementing solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and CI/CD

- Government tenders and pre-sales preparation.

Due to the nature of the job functions, you are required to be onsite during fixed hours.
