work with us. HRI is exploring the field of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) / Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) with a goal of creating

the freedom of mobility. For this, we are seeking people with vision that understand that this new domain is still in its

early stages and that people with vision, a desire to succeed, and a will to explore new frontiers for aviation. As an R&D

Aircraft Assembly & Integration Technician, you will perform aircraft assembly, maintenance, modification, and repair

work, and provide hands-on support for flight testing operations.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with all related engineering teams on technical matters.

Coordinate with engineers to execute engineering work orders, including hands-on work in fabricating, processing, and testing airc

Documenting completed work in maintenance reports for aircraft certification.

Installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment for aircraft.

Perform minor bench fabrication and rework (e.g., drilling, trimming, soldering iron) as needed to support prototype assembly.

Keeping management and teams fully informed.

Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)

Mentor junior technicians and share best practices

Able to provide timely feedback to the team and team lead.

Ensure the shop premises are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. (5S)
