Das erwartet Dich

  • In Deiner Rolle als Customer Manager bist Du jeden Tag ganz eng an unseren (Bestands-)Kunden dran.
  • Dabei deckst Du die gesamte Bandbreite ab: Von gezielten Entwicklungsgesprächen bis hin zum Neukundengesprächen und dem technischen Support bei akuten Problemen.
  • Du arbeitest genauso an strategischen Kampagnen zur Kundendurchdringung mit, wie in der adhoc-Beratung von Kunden.
  • Du erstellst und gibst (digitale) Trainings, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich mit Informationen rund um die Digitalisierung ihres Einkaufs zu versorgen.
  • Du hast Deinen Finger am Puls unserer Kunden und sammelst deren Feedback als Basis für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software.
  • Dein übergeordnetes Ziel ist, unsere Kunden jeden Tag ein kleines bisschen erfolgreicher zu machen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast bis zu 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden: Von der Problemlösung bis zur Beratung.
  • Du suchst gerne nach Lösungen für Kunden und arbeitest dich dafür tief in technische Themen ein.
  • Kurzum: Du bist ein pragmatischer Macher und packst lieber mit an als große Reden zu schwingen.
