Arbetsledare inom 3PL – Upplands Väsby Simplex söker nu en arbetsledare till en kund i Upplands Väsby som arbetar med tredjepartslogistik. Det här är en roll för dig som har gedigen lagererfarenhet, vill utvecklas som ledare och trivs bäst när du får vara mitt i verksamheten.

Om uppdraget Som arbetsledare har du ett tydligt ansvar för att det dagliga arbetet planeras, genomförs och följs upp på ett effektivt sätt. Du leder medarbetarna i deras arbete, säkerställer att mål och kvalitetskrav uppfylls och har en nära dialog med både ledning och kund. Inom 3PL ändras förutsättningarna snabbt, och kunden söker därför en person som håller huvudet kallt, ser helheten och kan ställa om när det behövs. Du bidrar också till en god arbetsmiljö där säkerhet och trivsel går hand i hand.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Daglig planering, prioritering och fördelning av arbetsuppgifter Coachning och stöd till medarbetare Uppföljning av produktion, kvalitet och effektivitet Kommunikation med ledning, kund och team Kontroll av att rutiner och skyddsutrustning används korrekt Problemlösning och omprioritering vid avvikelser Delaktighet i förbättrings- och effektiviseringsarbete

Din profil Du har erfarenhet från lager och logistik och har gärna haft en arbetsledande eller samordnande roll. Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trygg i din kommunikation. Du tar initiativ, är prestigelös och har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos både kollegor och ledning. Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav. Meriterande är erfarenhet av arbetsledning inom 3PL, WMS-system, resursplanering, KPI-uppföljning samt transport- eller TA-system.
