Nous constituons un réseau de formateur•rices mobilisables pour nos futures sessions d’acculturation à l’IA en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (Chambéry, Bourg-en-Bresse, …), selon les opportunités.

En tant que formateur•rice, votre rôle est d’accompagner la montée en compétences des apprenant•es afin de les préparer à l’exercice de leur métier en entreprise et à leurs futures interactions avec leurs collègues et clients.

A ce titre vos principales missions seront :

Préparer la formation & garantir un cadre pédagogique inclusif

  • Participer au recrutement des apprenant•es
  • Produire des contenus pédagogiques à partir de canevas disponibles sur notre outil Simplonline
  • Assurer le relais avec les expert•es techniques et autres intervenant•es dans la formation

Animer la formation

  • Animer la réalisation des projets par les apprenant•es & planifier les activités de sa promotion et coordonner les interventions externes
  • Développer les compétences transversales des apprenant•es
  • Soutenir l’équipe pédagogique dans les démarches administratives

Evaluer/valoriser la montée en compétences des apprenant•es

  • Évaluer et suivre la progression des apprentissages sur Simplonline
  • Proposer des corrections sur les projets réalisés par les apprenant•es
  • Repérer les difficultés individuelles d’apprentissage et y remédier

Préparer à l’insertion professionnelle

  • Détecter les besoins d’accompagnement sur le volet social
  • Accompagner chaque apprenant•e dans la définition d’un projet professionnel adapté et préparer aux entretiens d’embauche

Compétences techniques spécifiques pour ce poste :

Vous justifiez d'une expérience opérationnelle de 3 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets data / IA.

  • Pratique des outils d'IA Gen & No-Code : maîtrise du prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude), des générateurs visuels (DALL-E), des apps mobiles IA, ainsi qu'une initiation aux outils no-code/data simples (Looker Studio, Teachable Machine)
  • Sécurisation de l'environnement de travail : bonne gestion de l'hygiène numérique (cloud, mots de passe, navigation privée, arborescence)
  • Pédagogie active & vulgarisation : capacité à adapter son discours à un public non technique, à animer des ateliers pratiques et à encadrer un projet collectif agile
  • Éthique & usages responsables : sensibilisation aux biais de l'IA, à la protection des données et aux impacts environnementaux
