Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Liderar a concepção e evolução da estratégia de sustentabilidade e ESG da organização, alinhando-a aos objetivos denegócio e às tendências globais.2. Definir, revisar e acompanhar metas ESG de longo prazo, integrando-as ao planejamento estratégico da empresa.3. Atuar como referência técnica e de negócios em sustentabilidade, orientando equipes e lideranças sobre melhorespráticas, metodologias e frameworks ESG.4. Desenvolver e conduzir a elaboração dos inventários de emissões de GEE (Escopos 1, 2 e 3) e os planos de redução ecompensação de carbono, assegurando robustez metodológica.5. Conduzir análises de materialidade e due diligence ESG, identificando riscos, oportunidades e temas prioritários para aorganização.6. Executar e conduzir a elaboração e publicação de relatórios de sustentabilidade em padrões internacionais (GRI, SASB,TCFD, Pacto Global, ODS), assegurando qualidade e credibilidade.7. Representar a empresa em auditorias externas, processos de certificação, fóruns setoriais, organismos reguladores edemandas de investidores (ESG due diligence, rating agencies).8. Estruturar e implementar projetos de alto impacto em agenda climática, economia circular, gestão de resíduos,eficiência energética e responsabilidade social.9. Atuar como ponto focal estratégico para clientes, investidores e stakeholders em demandas complexas de ESG esustentabilidade.10. Desenvolver e disseminar a cultura de sustentabilidade na organização, liderando programas de treinamento,engajamento e governança ESG.11. Monitorar regulamentações, tendências e inovações nacionais e internacionais em sustentabilidade, propondoadaptações proativas à estratégia corporativa.12.
