(80%)

Ensure part conformance to quality and drawing specifications by using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages, scales, and hardness testing machines/devices to verify proper hardness and depth of parts. Address system alarms and perform routine maintenance on typical system faults, misalignments, discontinuities, and other issues. Record work output results in appropriate records and assist with documentation and technical devices for recording production and findings, including reject material. Assist with the repair and replacement of equipment during maintenance shutdowns by being proactive and supportive. Report to the supervisor for daily task briefings and maintain transparency regarding work progress. Train new employees in work procedures with intentional and effective guidance. (20%)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
