Over de organisatie Voor een internationale organisatie actief in de specialty chemicals zoeken wij een Maintenance & Reliability Engineer voor haar productievestiging in regio Linkeroever.

Jouw rol In deze functie speel je een sleutelrol in het uitbouwen van een betrouwbaar en toekomstgericht onderhoudsbeleid en draag je bij aan de continuïteit van een technisch uitdagende productieomgeving.

  • Opzetten, implementeren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen voor nieuwe en bestaande installaties.
  • Bepalen en uitrollen van onderhoudsstrategieën gericht op betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties.
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudstechniekers en externe contractors bij onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Zorgen voor correcte en actuele technische documentatie.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor onderhoud, productie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van complexe onderhoudswerken en technische verbeterprojecten.
  • Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses (RCFA) en formuleren van structurele verbeteracties.
  • Ondersteunen van investerings- en engineeringprojecten.
  • Meewerken aan veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuaudits en het begeleiden van externe auditoren.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring binnen maintenance, reliability of een industriële technische omgeving.
  • Kennis van HVAC-systemen, utilities en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar onderhoudsbeheersysteem is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat technische problemen structureel aan te pakken.
