E nesta empreitada temos como pilares duas das mais importantes escolas do Rio de Janeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar atendimento aos clientes internos e externos;Apoiar o processo de administração e controle dos benefícios da empresa;Apoiar o processo de admissão, acolhimento e ambientação;Conferir e arquivar documentos;Alimentar planilhas e controlar relatórios da área;Apoiar o planejamento e execução de estratégias de Endomarketing.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos e áreas correlatas, cursando ou completo;Experiência em RM TOTVS será considerado um diferencial;Experiência anterior em RH será considerado um diferencial;Organização, comunicação clara e empática, atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de cumprir prazos e foco em melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisLocal: Jardim BotânicoCarga horária: 44 horas semanaisHorário de trabalho: 08h às 18h (segunda a quinta) e sexta de 08h às 17h.Oferecemos: Remuneração compatível + VA + VT + TotalPass + Assistência médica e odontológica (opcional).
