The posting

Funções: I. Auxiliar o(a) Contador(a) na execução dos serviços de contabilidade em geral, de acordo com as Normas Brasileiras de Contabilidade e legislação aplicável ao Terceiro Setor;

II. Realizar a organização e o arquivo de documentos, livros e demais meios de registro contábil da entidade;

III. Auxiliar, mediante lançamentos de informações contábeis, no fechamento de balanços, de balancetes contábeis, e demais demonstrações financeiras, sob orientação e supervisão do(a) contador(a);

IV. Auxiliar na elaboração de documentos e Relatórios de Atividades ou Planos de Trabalho, exigidos nas parcerias celebradas para execução das atividades finalísticas da Fundação Allan Kardec, de suas filiais, mantidas, unidades e núcleos;

V. Realizar sob orientação e supervisão do(a) Contador(a) registros e/ou lançamentos de informações documentais relacionados aos processos de prestações de contas das aplicações dos recursos repassados por órgãos públicos das esferas Federal, Estadual e Municipal, vinculados à celebração de Termos de Colaboração ou de Fomento, Termos de Parceria, Convênios e outros instrumentos congêneres previstos em lei, bem como de recursos privados recebidos em doação de pessoas físicas e jurídicas;

VI. Prestar sempre que necessário, informações aos órgãos, organizações e profissionais externos e internos de prestação de contas e de auditoria, mediante orientação e acompanhamento do superior hierárquico;

VII. Organizar em arquivos próprios físicos e eletrônicos, por meio de pastas e/ou processos, todos os documentos relativos à movimentação contábil/financeira da entidade, de suas filiais, mantidas, unidades e núcleos;

VIII. Realizar outras atividades não descritas neste documento, compatíveis com o cargo/função, mediante orientação e supervisão do(a) superior hierárquico;

IX. Reportar-se diretamente ao superior hierárquico do serviço de contabilidade.
