Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager – Net Zero & Integrated Energy Solutions to lead technical solution development and customer engagement for Net Zero and Green Factory projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Singapore Business Development team to translate customer needs into technically feasible and commercially competitive integrated energy solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery workshops to analyze customers’ energy consumption, carbon footprint, operational constraints, sustainability goals, and investment priorities.
  • Design integrated solution architectures for Net Zero Factories, Green Factories, and Low-Carbon / Net Zero Industrial Parks incorporating Solar PV, BESS, Microgrid, EMS, Energy & Carbon Platforms, Energy AI, EV Charging, Energy Efficiency, and Flexible Loads.
  • Support regional distributed renewable energy opportunities including solar, energy storage, and low-wind-speed wind applications.
  • Conduct or coordinate energy assessments, decarbonisation pathway analyses, technical feasibility studies, and solution-level CAPEX/OPEX and ROI evaluations.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical scopes, system architectures, functional specifications, and solution proposals.
  • Coordinate with Linyang’s China-based solution, engineering, R&D, and product teams to ensure accurate understanding and efficient delivery of customer solutions.
  • Lead or assist in technical presentations, customer workshops, site surveys, RFI/RFP responses, tender clarifications, and technical-commercial proposal development.
  • Identify and incorporate local grid, regulatory, engineering, safety, and implementation requirements into solution designs.
  • Develop reusable solution packages and reference architectures for priority sectors such as semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, food & cold chain, logistics, and industrial estates.
  • Support the development and replication of Singapore lighthouse projects across Southeast Asia.
  • Build and coordinate a local solution ecosystem including ESCOs, EPCs, consultants, engineering partners, technology providers, and research institutions.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; 8–15 years preferred.
  • Experience in integrated energy solutions, industrial energy systems, energy efficiency, renewable energy, microgrids, BESS, EMS, or industrial decarbonisation.
  • Hands-on experience with Net Zero / Green Factory, industrial energy efficiency, or industrial park decarbonisation projects is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of technologies including Solar PV, BESS, Microgrid/EMS, energy management, metering, HVAC/utility optimisation, and energy-carbon management.
  • Ability to perform solution-level technical and commercial analyses covering CAPEX, OPEX, energy savings, carbon reduction, ROI, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Strong system-level thinking to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions.
  • Proven project coordination skills working across engineering, product, commercial, and delivery teams.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication, technical presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial team while mobilising technical resources from headquarters.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for coordination with China-based teams.

  • Establish standardised, repeatable Net Zero Factory / Green Factory / Net Zero Park solution packages for Singapore.
  • Build strong technical credibility with local industrial and government customers.
  • Convert qualified business development opportunities into executable technical and commercial proposals.
  • Integrate Linyang’s PV, BESS, Microgrid, ECP, and Energy AI capabilities into customer solutions effectively.
  • Secure and deliver initial lighthouse projects in Singapore.
  • Develop a robust local partner and delivery ecosystem.
  • Position Singapore as Linyang’s regional solution and demonstration hub for Southeast Asia.
