The posting

We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to support programme delivery,outreach activities, marketing communications and administrative operations within the Centre. The role involves supporting events, learning journeys, visitor engagement, business development activities, marketing communications, intern coordination and operational administration.

Responsibilities:

· Create marketing collaterals, presentation slides and digital content for outreach and promotional activities.

· Manage and update content on LinkedIn and other communication channels.

· Support the planning and coordination of events, workshops, exhibitions and learning journeys.

· Support outreach, visitor engagement and selected business development activities.

· Assist with CRM, intern coordination andadministrative support functions.

· Handle administrative duties such as documentmanagement, data entry, procurement and record keeping.

· Support office operations and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

· Experience supporting events, outreachactivities or marketing communications.

· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools.

· Good written communication and visual design skills.

· Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Information:

· Shortlisted candidate will be invited for an interview.

· Successful candidates will be offered a 11.5-month temporary contract.
