Job Summary

Join our wine retail shop as a Part-Time or Full-Time Sales Assistant, providing friendly, responsible, and customer-focused service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers to facilitate their wine and product purchases
  • Recommend wines and products tailored to customers’ preferences to enhance satisfaction
  • Process cashier duties and payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions
  • Arrange and replenish stock to maintain a neat and attractive shop presentation
  • Conduct stock checks and support simple store operations to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily shop duties and support overall store functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service to contribute to effective customer interactions
  • Basic wine knowledge to assist customers, with training provided to develop expertise
  • Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet operational needs
