The posting

Horário: Segunda a Sexta – 08h às 18h.

Principais atividades:

• Preparar e conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico com oportunidades encaminhadas pelos SDRs;

• Apresentar soluções e relacionar seus benefícios às necessidades do cliente;

• Elaborar e apresentar propostas conforme a política comercial;

• Esclarecer dúvidas, tratar objeções e solicitar apoio técnico quando necessário.

• Realizar follow-ups, combinar próximos passos e acompanhar negociações;

• Negociar dentro das condições autorizadas e submeter exceções à liderança;

• Acompanhar aceite, assinatura e formalização das vendas;

• Manter etapas, valores, previsões e motivos de perda atualizados no CRM;

• Encaminhar as informações da contratação às equipes responsáveis pela entrega.

Requisitos técnicos:

• Ensino médio completo;

• Experiência inicial em vendas, com participação em propostas, negociação e fechamento;

• Conhecimento básico de venda consultiva e tratamento de objeções;

• Capacidade de conduzir reuniões e apresentações comerciais;

• Familiaridade com CRM e organização de oportunidades por etapas;

• Conhecimento de ferramentas de videoconferência, propostas e planilhas;

• Capacidade de compreender preços, condições de pagamento e limites de negociação.

Será um diferencial:

• Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.

• Experiência em vendas para empresas, especialmente serviços ou tecnologia.

• Familiaridade com HubSpot e conhecimento do segmento extrajudicial.
