Sinnex steht für höchstwertigen Innenausbau für Luxusyachten mit einer Länge von mehr als 60 Metern. Innenausbau auf höchstem Niveau.

Wir suchen in Griffen, Österreich, ab sofort einen ESG & Sustainability Expert (m/w/d).

Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, erhalten Gestaltungsspielraum, um ESG-Themen und Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln, und sind direkt der Geschäftsleitung unterstellt.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Umweltmanagementstandards und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Verantwortung für die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Erfassung, Aufbereitung und Verwaltung relevanter Umweltdaten.
  • Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Produktsicherheit, Zertifizierungen und die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen.
  • Laufende Beobachtung relevanter gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Entwicklungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Benchmarking und Wissensaustausch.

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltmanagement, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmens- oder Produktionsumfeld.
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Nachhaltigkeitsstandards, Reporting-Frameworks und Zertifizierungen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowie in Standards wie ESRS oder GHG Protocol.
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sichere Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen und Ausdauer bei komplexen Abstimmungen.
  • Praktische, flexible und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
