Op Sint-Agnes Lagere School begeleiden we kinderen niet alleen in wat ze leren, maar ook in wie ze worden. Samen met een enthousiast en betrokken team help je leerlingen hun talenten ontdekken, zelfvertrouwen opbouwen en stap voor stap groeien. Dat doen we vanuit onze schoolvisie: ‘Groeiend leren, leren groeien’.

Wat je bij ons gaat doen

  • Gerichte zorgondersteuning bieden: Je ondersteunt leerlingen in de klas of in kleine deelgroepen. Je geeft voorinstructie, verlengde instructie en extra oefenkansen op maat van wat leerlingen nodig hebben.
  • Leerlingen laten groeien: Je observeert hun leerproces, ontwikkeling en welbevinden. Op basis daarvan pas je je ondersteuning aan en help je elk kind stap voor stap vooruit.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s: Je werkt nauw samen met klasleerkrachten, zorgcoördinator en directie. Je stemt af, denkt mee en draagt bij aan een sterke zorgwerking op school.
  • Structuur en vertrouwen bieden: Je zorgt voor rust, duidelijkheid en een warme aanpak, zowel in kleine groepen als in de klas.
  • Flexibel schakelen: Bij afwezigheid van een leerkracht kun je een klasgroep overnemen. Je speelt snel in op de situatie en zorgt ervoor dat het klasgebeuren vlot verderloopt.
  • Administratie en opvolging: Je houdt relevante informatie zorgvuldig bij en communiceert duidelijk over de ondersteuning en evolutie van leerlingen.
  • Partnerschap met ouders: Je bouwt mee aan een toegankelijke en warme samenwerking met ouders. Vanuit open en transparante communicatie bespreek je de noden, ondersteuning en groei van leerlingen, steeds in afstemming met de klasleerkracht en het zorgteam.

Wie we zoeken

  • Diploma: Je bent in het bezit van een geschikt bekwaamheidsbewijs voor het ambt van onderwijzer in het basisonderwijs (check hiervoor de website van Onderwijs Vlaanderen).
  • Passie: Je bent een enthousiaste en warme leerkracht met een passie voor het onderwijs aan jonge kinderen.
  • Visie: Onze schoolvisie is jou op het lijf geschreven. Met een positieve, warme en constructieve aanpak geef je elk kind het vertrouwen om te schitteren.
  • Structuur en verbinding: Je weet een uitstekende balans te vinden tussen een heldere structuur en een oprechte, persoonlijke verbinding met je leerlingen.
  • Oog voor diversiteit: Je omarmt de unieke achtergrond en talenten van elke leerling en zet diversiteit in als een absolute kracht in de klas.
  • Teamgeest en communicatie: Je communiceert helder en open, werkt graag schouder aan schouder met collega's en draagt actief bij aan een positief en groeigericht schoolklimaat. Feedback zie je als een waardevolle kans om samen te blijven leren.
