#topzorger gezocht: Technicus HVAC

Sint-Andriesziekenhuis Tielt is op zoek naar een technicus HVAC om zijn team van #topzorgers te versterken binnen de technische dienst. Dit betreft een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur.

Jouw rol in ons ziekenhuis

  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan verwarmingsketels, warmtewisselaars, koelmachines, warmtepompen en luchtgroepen.
  • Je volgt alarmen en installatieprestaties op via het gebouwbeheersysteem (GBS) en stuurt regelingen bij binnen je bevoegdheid.
  • Je analyseert storingen zelfstandig, bepaalt binnen de gemaakte afspraken de juiste aanpak en zorgt voor een doeltreffende oplossing, met tijdige afstemming met het team waar nodig.
  • Je voert technische controles en beperkte elektrotechnische herstellingen uit waarvoor je opgeleid en bevoegd bent.
  • Je volgt energieverbruik en installatieprestaties op en denkt mee over energiebesparing en duurzaamheid.
  • Je begeleidt externe techniekers zelfstandig, controleert de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en koppelt de voortgang en aandachtspunten terug naar het team.
  • Je organiseert je eigen werkzaamheden, stelt onderhoudsplannen en prioriteiten voor en bespreekt deze met het team. Je werkt checklists en procedures uit en houdt de technische administratie correct bij.
  • Je maakt onderbouwde keuzes voor courante materialen en wisselstukken en bewaakt de kosten binnen de afgesproken krijtlijnen.
  • Je neemt deel aan de wachtdienst volgens de afspraken en de behoeften van de technische dienst.
  • Je informeert gebruikers tijdig over werken en plant interventies met zo weinig mogelijk hinder voor patiënten, medewerkers en zorgprocessen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in industriële wetenschappen en technologie, elektromechanica, klimatisering of HVAC, of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring met HVAC-installaties.
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van HVAC-technieken, regeltechniek, elektrotechniek en mechanica.
  • Je kan storingen systematisch analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met gebouwbeheersystemen (GBS), energiebeheer en duurzame gebouwtechnieken.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig binnen de afgesproken verantwoordelijkheden. Je deelt relevante informatie met je collega’s, stemt prioriteiten af en vraagt tijdig ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, zorgmedewerkers en externe techniekers en stelt je flexibel op bij dringende interventies.
