Voor KOBArT zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe aankoopverantwoordelijke. Het betreft een halftijdse opdracht.

Als aankoopverantwoordelijke bij KOBArT speel je een cruciale rol in het beheer en de optimalisatie van aankoopprocessen voor onze scholen.

Je verzamelt, analyseert en verwerkt aankoopbehoeften binnen de regio, steeds conform de Wet op de Overheidsopdrachten. In nauwe samenwerking met de directeur financiën, bouwadviseur, schooldirecties, de schoolgebonden aankoopverantwoordelijken en KOBA-vzw zorg je ervoor dat het aankoopbeleid efficiënt en toekomstgericht verder wordt ingericht en uitgevoerd.

Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over wetgeving en speel je een proactieve rol in de implementatie en opvolging van de volledige aankoopcyclus.

Je onderhoudt goede werkrelaties met interne teams en externe leveranciers en draagt bij aan een gestroomlijnde en duurzame aankoopstrategie.

· Je hebt ervaring/affiniteit met aankoop, het definiëren van behoeften, het onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten.Je hebt kennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten en de systemen van raamcontracten of bent bereid je hierin (op korte termijn) te verdiepen.Je kan projectmatig werken, flexibiliteit tonen in het bepalen van prioriteiten en kan omgaan met deadlines. Je bent in staat om complexe wetgeving te begrijpen, deze te vertalen naar de dagelijkse werking en ze te implementeren in de praktijk. Je bent klantgericht, kan initiatief nemen, denkt vooruit en beschikt over sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden. Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Je hebt een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een economische of juridische richting of aantoonbare kennis en werkervaring in één van deze richtingen.
