Estamos em busca de um Analista Comercial para integrar nosso time em Curitiba! Se você possui perfil analítico, é organizado e busca crescimento na área comercial apoiando a gestão estratégica, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte técnico e administrativo à equipe comercial, auxiliando no acompanhamento de demandas e encaminhamento de solicitações;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e análise de propostas comerciais, orçamentos e apresentações para negociações;
  • Realizar o cadastro, atualização e análise de informações de clientes e oportunidades em sistemas de gestão (ERP/CRM) e planilhas;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho comercial (KPIs), como volume de vendas, conversão de propostas e evolução da carteira;
  • Elaborar relatórios e análises comerciais consolidadas para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Acompanhar pedidos e propostas, monitorando prazos, condições negociadas e pendências;
  • Apoiar na análise de dados comerciais, identificando variações e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;
  • Atuar em interface com as áreas de Financeiro, Logística, Estoque e Faturamento para assegurar o fluxo das operações;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento de demandas de pós-venda e manutenção do relacionamento com clientes;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e execução de campanhas e ações voltadas ao desenvolvimento de negócios.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em Excel (intermediário a avançado), com habilidade para organização e cruzamento de dados;
  • Experiência com rotinas administrativas ou de suporte comercial;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, CRM ou ferramentas de gestão;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil organizado, com atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de lidar com diferentes prazos e demandas.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia em análise de indicadores e confecção de relatórios comerciais;
  • Habilidade em atuar com metas e foco em resultados.
