Estamos em busca de um Assistente de Compras para integrar nosso time! Se você é uma pessoa colaborativa, organizada e busca evolução na área de suprimentos, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar os compradores nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais, incluindo a emissão, conferência e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra;
  • Monitorar os pedidos junto aos fornecedores, acompanhando prazos de entrega e sinalizando possíveis atrasos ou divergências;
  • Conferir pedidos de compra e documentos fiscais, verificando a consistência das informações para o correto processamento das operações;
  • Realizar ajustes e correções nos pedidos de compra, quando necessário, para viabilizar os procedimentos de lançamento fiscal;
  • Orientar as áreas requisitantes quanto aos procedimentos de abertura e regularização de requisições de compra;
  • Manter contato com fornecedores e áreas internas (Almoxarifado, Fiscal e Financeiro), contribuindo para o alinhamento das informações e a resolução de pendências;
  • Apoiar na organização, atualização e controle de documentos, registros e informações relacionados aos processos de compras;
  • Executar demais atividades administrativas de suporte à área de Compras.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas de compras;
  • Noções fiscais e tributárias aplicadas a compras;
  • Pacote Office intermediário, com domínio de Excel;
  • Perfil proativo, resolutivo e com facilidade para o trabalho em equipe.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Vivência com sistemas ERP (preferencialmente SAP).
