A Sipal Agronegócio, empresa com mais de 50 anos de atuação no agronegócio brasileiro, está em busca de um(a) Comprador(a) de Grãos para integrar nosso time em Porto dos Gaúchos/MT.

O que buscamos?

Profissional com perfil comercial, conhecimento do mercado de grãos e experiência em originação e negociação de soja e milho, com capacidade para desenvolver e manter relacionamento com produtores da região.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar a compra e originação de grãos, principalmente soja e milho;
  • Prospectar novos produtores e ampliar a carteira de fornecedores;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento comercial com produtores rurais;
  • Realizar negociações de preços, volumes, condições e contratos;
  • Acompanhar o mercado e as oportunidades de compra;
  • Monitorar contratos, entregas e cumprimento das negociações;
  • Atuar na fidelização da carteira e no crescimento do volume de originação da filial;
  • Realizar visitas a produtores e atuar diretamente na região de Porto dos Gaúchos e municípios próximos.

Requisitos

  • Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente com compra/originação de grãos;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de soja e milho;
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e relacionamento;
  • Perfil comercial, proativo e orientado a resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em campo e viagens pela região;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Residir em Porto dos Gaúchos/MT ou ter disponibilidade para mudança.
