Principais responsabilidades

· Realizar a compra e originação de grãos, principalmente soja e milho;

· Prospectar novos produtores rurais e ampliar a carteira de fornecedores;

· Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos comerciais com produtores;

· Negociar preços, volumes, condições comerciais e contratos;

· Acompanhar o mercado agrícola e identificar oportunidades de compra;

· Monitorar contratos, entregas e o cumprimento das negociações;

· Fidelizar produtores e contribuir para o crescimento do volume de originação da filial;

· Realizar visitas a campo e atuar comercialmente em Água Boa/MT e municípios da região.

Requisitos

· Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente com compra e originação de grãos;

· Conhecimento do mercado de soja e milho;

· Boa capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;

· Perfil comercial, proativo e orientado para resultados;

· Disponibilidade para visitas a campo e viagens pela região;

· CNH categoria B;

· Residir em Água Boa/MT ou ter disponibilidade para mudança.
