A Sipal Agronegócio está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial para liderar a operação comercial de Juara/MT, desenvolvendo a equipe, fortalecendo o relacionamento com produtores e impulsionando os resultados em originação de grãos e comercialização de insumos.

Há 53 anos no agronegócio, atuamos em 12 estados brasileiros e contamos com cerca de 5 mil colaboradores, conectando produtores, soluções e resultados em toda a cadeia do agro.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar a equipe comercial de grãos e insumos da regional;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de originação e expansão da carteira de produtores;
  • Acompanhar negociações, metas, indicadores e resultados comerciais;
  • Fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e parceiros estratégicos;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Logística, Operações e Crédito;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, promovendo alta performance.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Agronomia, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência sólida em gestão comercial no agronegócio;
  • Vivência em originação de grãos e vendas de insumos;
  • Perfil de liderança, negociação e desenvolvimento de equipes;
  • CNH B e disponibilidade para viagens.
